Insurance & Retirement Planning for Women Who Think Long Term

Women Financial Power is a Memphis based insurance and retirement planning firm dedicated to helping women across the U.S. preserve their wealth, protect their families, and retire on their own terms. We believe a clear plan in motion beats a flawless one that never leaves the draft, it's our job to guide clients to financial solutions as they move to the next level. With a mission rooted in preparation and long term impact, we work with women from all walks of life; divorced, widowed, entrepreneurial and career driven professionals to build customized solutions.

Our mission

Helping women plan smarter, live freer, and protect what matters.

If we want to build real wealth, we have to do it together. Women Financial Power is a team of people who, together can accomplish what none of us could alone. We rely on each other for insight, strategy and support. We stay open in how we work so clients and teammates can follow along and stay informed. We optimize for the mission, not just one product, person, or plan.

We won’t always agree and with the pace we move, not everyone will be in every conversation. But we trust each other to make decisions based on what’s best for our clients and the future they’re building.

Positioning You for the Future

Women make up nearly half the workforce but retire with 30% less savings than men due to caregiving gaps, lower earnings, and longer life spans. At Women Financial Power, we aim to close this gap through simplified planning, helping women make confident decisions so they can focus on the future without falling behind.

Building Strong Partnerships

We prioritize strong partnerships to create effective financial plans. By collaborating with Certified Financial Planners and licensed experts, we tailor strategies to each client's needs, covering budgeting, saving, investing, and retirement.

Everything we do is guided by our values

Women Financial Power stands by ethical, honest, and lawful business practices. Our conduct is non negotiable; it forms the foundation of our success and is as crucial as the decisions we make for our clients. We don’t choose who we work with based on personal beliefs or background. Likewise, the people who join our team do so because they’re committed to helping our clients move forward. As a firm, we speak up on issues that directly impact our clients and our work and we stay grounded when they don’t
